At this crucial time this two-day event will again bring together key stakeholders from Government, the Department of Health, regulators, industry experts and the wider
community of healthcare professionals to deliver unique insights and a roadmap for the continued success of the UK domestic research industry.
As we did earlier this year, we are running two seminars back to back. The first, on 29th January, is the eighth in our popular series of UK Clinical Research: Professional Awareness Update events in which we keep delegates abreast of the changes (procedural, regulatory, legal and scientific) that affect the clinical research sector.
In January 2018, The Landscape for CROs Post-BREXIT seminar looked at some of the opportunities and challenges facing the industry in a post-Brexit Britain. We are now very near to Brexit (or not!) the EMA staff are picking up keys for their new homes in Amsterdam and the political situation is a state of flux. What is the prognosis for our industry? On 30th January we have a programme which will allow those of us at the “coal-face” to discuss the prevailing situation and
share our concerns with government and regulators and to look at the opportunities that for exist UK CROs as they compete in a post Brexit world.
Both of the seminars are structured to encourage maximum audience participation and CPD accreditation
has been applied for.
