CCRA
Associate membership is open to all companies who provide contract
services to the life science sector.
Standing & Visibility that comes with
- Membership of a respected and professional trade association
specifically focussed on the sector that supplies outsourced
services to the biotech and pharmaceutical industry
- CCRA members must sign up to its Code of Practice and are then
entitled to use the logo on stationery / exhibition materials as a
sign of quality
- Your company profile being listed on a website dedicated to this
specialist sector of the UK Life Science industry. Because CCRA does
‘what it says on the tin’ our website is often the first port of
call for clients looking for a specialist UK company to supply their
outsourced requirements
- Networking opportunities to meet prospective clients. CCRA
organises networking events both in the UK and abroad. These events
range from targeted seminars and presentations, informal networking
nights through to our annual summer reception on the Terrace of the
House of Lords and high level receptions abroad.
A voice
- In shaping the industry as a whole as part of an organisation
whose views are sought by Government and regulators both here and in
Europe
- In the European CRO Federation (EUCROF) where CCRA is the UK
representative.
Cost Savings & Cash Flow Management
- CCRA members, and their families, can benefit from very cost
effective private insurance through HMCA whose services are only
available to Association members. Insurances are not limited to
healthcare (including a Dental plan) but include e.g. Travel, Income
Protection, Personal Accident etc
- CCRA has negotiated a reduced rate for corporate membership of
The Royal Society of Medicine. Membership of the RSM provides,
amongst other benefits, a prestigious and inexpensive venue to
entertain clients, cost-effective accommodation in central London,
and somewhere to relax between meetings
- Discounted rates for CCRA seminars, events and training courses.
Our seminars and training events attract CPD accreditation
- Discounted rates and assistance for attendance at meetings and
exhibitions in the UK and abroad
- Discounted publications e.g. the recently published Oxford
Handbook of Clinical and Healthcare Research edited by Sumantra Ray,
Sue Fitzpatrick, Rajna Golubic and Susan Fisher.
