TERMS &
CONDITIONS
Booking is a contract, by
completing and submitting your booking you are agreeing to pay the relevant
registration fees. Once booked fees are not refundable unless a
written cancellation is received at least 5 clear working days prior to the
event. In all cases, 25%
of the fees will be charged to cover administrative expenses. Delegate
substitutions are permitted at any time. In the event of cancellation by the CCRA, liability will be limited to the return of fees actually paid.
Whilst every
effort will be made to deliver the published programme the CCRA reserves the
right to make changes and amendments.
