The UK clinical Research sector is very much under the spotlight at present and is undergoing the biggest overhaul in clinical trials regulation in over 20 years.

On 20th February the Office for Life Sciences announced that Lord James O’Shaughnessy had been appointed to lead an independent revue into UK clinical trials and, on 21st March, the Government published its response to the consultation that had been carried out on legislative proposals for clinical trials. The results of Lord O’ Shaughnessy’s review will be published this month enabling these to be presented. This means that this seminar to be one of the first opportunities to discuss the findings to this and also to legislation put in place as a result of the consultation on clinical trials.

Seminar attendees will also hear about exciting data strategies to support innovative trial design and advancements in technological innovation across clinical trials.
